Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure all our products are of exceptional quality and offer 100% customer satisfaction to our customers. In normal circumstances, once a sale has been completed successfully, we do not give refunds. We hold our customers responsible for their due diligence in inspecting and assessing the quality of products immediately upon purchase. Nevertheless, there are certain instances when unforeseen circumstances might arise relating to the quality of our products.

While you can cancel subscriptions anytime, a refund is only granted within seven days after the day when the payment was completed. We make sure to investigate and authenticate the credibility of every request. There are certain instances when we do not grant refunds, and these include when an issue or complaint falls under each of these categories:

Usage Abuse

Subscribing to any plan we offer means you fully accept the Terms, Conditions, and Policies of DocPanda.art. If you are a client and, depending on the type of subscription plan, there is a record of over one (1) product download after purchasing the subscription, you will not get any refund for alleged unauthorized usage. This applies regardless of whether it is you or anyone else with access to your account who performed the download. You get access to our products at all times as long as you have an internet connection. However, if our system detects numerous product downloads that indicate abuse, a refund will not be granted.

Wrong Product

If you download a product and it is different from what is described or shown on the product page, please contact us immediately. This issue will be quickly attended to by our Customer Support Team, and within 24 to 48 hours after making the report, you will receive the correct product.

Compatibility

We publish our products in different file formats, and you get to choose depending on your preference before proceeding to download. It is important to have the knowledge, expertise, and suitable software to open and use a product. We provide information on the most suitable software and file formats for every product on the product page. If you face any software compatibility issues, contact us immediately. We always take responsibility if we are at fault but will not be responsible for any compatibility or conflict issues caused by third-party software.

Downloading/Unzipping Issues

This issue can be caused by browser, firewall, network, or internet connectivity problems. If you experience such an issue, report it within 24 to 48 hours after attempting to download the product. If you do not report it within this time frame, it will be assumed that you have successfully downloaded and used the product, and your request for a refund will not be approved.

Product Quality

Every template we create goes through strict quality control and assessment. If you notice any quality issues, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue within 24 to 48 business hours after you file the report. If your issue is not resolved within this duration, your request for a refund will be considered.

Purchase by Mistake

If you or someone using your account purchased our product by mistake via credit card or any other payment method, you can contact us regarding the matter. Please explain how the purchase was made in error to help us better understand your refund request. We will investigate the matter, and it is up to us to decide whether you qualify for a refund.

Remorse Towards the Product

Always make sure to examine the product before and after you download it. The product page has all the required information, such as product details, mock-up designs, and product descriptions related to the product’s features, which helps you decide whether to proceed with the purchase. We might provide you with a product replacement equivalent to the value of the product initially bought. However, you will not be eligible for a refund simply because you have had a change of heart regarding the product.

Dissatisfaction

If the quality of our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve the matter. Clearly indicate why our product did not meet your satisfaction. We will follow up on the matter and assess your claim to find a suitable solution. However, a simple dissatisfaction with our product is not enough to get your refund request approved.

Time Frame

Any request for a refund on any of our products will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is at our complete discretion. You must file your refund request no later than seven (7) days after purchasing our product. Requests made after this duration will not be fulfilled unless under special circumstances that are out of your control, such as calamities, disasters, accidents, or fortuitous events.

Your refund request will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours from when you place a formal request. If your request for a refund is approved, it will be done in the same way you made the purchase. Payments will be made in the currency that DocPanda.art provided at the purchase time. We will not compensate for any differences in the exchange rate between the purchase and refund time. We also do not issue or grant partial refunds.

End Result

After the refund is approved, you will not receive any future updates on our products or get exclusive access to our content. You also are not permitted to use any of the downloaded products during this refunding period.

Important

Lodging a dispute with credit card companies or a payment agent will lead to the freezing of your DocPanda.art account. This will only change once your dispute with the credit card company or payment agent is resolved. This process complicates the resolution and prolongs the refund process. Therefore, it is recommended you contact us directly first to allow us to address any issue.
